Doster Construction Company was recently awarded the Inverness Plaza Retail Improvements project in Birmingham, Alabama. Doster is working hands on with Bayer Properties to provide a fresh, updated look to the façade. The scope of the project is to paint the existing brick and roof, new landscaping, carpentry work on the wood barrel ceiling, various hardscape improvements, and two new monument signs. Inverness Plaza Retail Improvements adds to the list of other Doster projects in the downtown Birmingham area – Children’s of Alabama Hospital Renovations, Kirklin Clinic Renovations and UAB’s Hill Student Center. Repeat client, Bayer Properties, L.L.C., is the project’s manager with Doster as the general contractor and CMH Architects, Inc. is the architect.
