Doster Construction recently broke ground on a 262-unit, luxury apartment complex at Clay and Main streets on the edge of the historic Butchertown in Louisville, Kentucky. The 262 units will be developed in a seven-story structure, with the project scheduled to begin taking tenants in 2017.
The project consists a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with a few townhouses. Unit size is to vary from 550 to 1,800 square feet. The plan includes 2,400 square feet of ground-level retailing and a 380-space parking structure.
Site amenities will include a clubroom, a courtyard, outdoor kitchen, outdoor pool, outdoor patio social area with televisions and hammocks, a fitness center, a pet spa and a dog walk.
Bristol Development Group is the project’s developer with Doster as the general contractor and Smith Gee Studio as the architect of record.
