Doster Construction Company was recently awarded its fifth project with Continental Properties, Springs at Sandstone Ranch. This 240-unit, 327,950 square foot multifamily project is a luxury apartment community located in Longmont, Colorado. The community will offer great amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, community clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Construction is expected to finish in Fall of 2018.
Continental Properties is the owner with Doster Construction as the general contractor and Rosemann & Associates as the architect of record.
