Doster Construction Company has broken ground on two new multifamily development for Continental Properties. The first, Springs at Forest Hill, will include 296 garden-style apartment units in Forest Hill, Tennessee near Memphis. Doster is also working on Springs at La Grange in Louisville, Kentucky. The project will include 11 buildings at 236 apartment units. Both developments will feature luxury amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, community clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Doster is also currently in progress on several other Springs developments: Spring at Hamburg (Lexington, KY), Springs at Sandstone Ranch (Longmont, CO), Springs at Eagle Bend (Aurora, CO) and Springs at Juban Crossing (Denham Springs, LA).
Doster has completed more than 1,500 units of multifamily housing in the last year alone and has been ranked as a top Multifamily General Contractor by the National Multifamily Housing Council. Doster is currently working on projects in ten states across the country and has experience working in 30 states.
