Doster’s Nashville Division has been honored for the 3rd year in a row by the AGC of Middle Tennessee for their work in the community. On February 21, 2019 members of our Nashville team accepted the Community Award at the Associated General Contractors of Middle Tennessee annual Build Tennessee Awards Banquet. This award recognizes the generous giving nature of AGC members who go above and beyond to support the communities in which they live and work.
One of Nashville’s main missions within the community is to mentor to high school students who are interested in the construction industry. Our Nashville office is actively involved in the Williamson County Career Days and ACE Mentor Program of Greater Tennessee. Doster’s Dustin Crouch, Preconstruction Manager, and Elizabeth Goodwin, Business Development Manager, serve as ACE Mentors at Overton High School in Nashville.
Members of our Nashville team also serve on the ACE Alumni Committee and are on the Board of Directors for Go Build Tennessee and involved in NAIOP Nashville,Williamson INC Women in Business Steering Committee, Urban Land Institute Product Council Committee.
In 2018 our Nashville team had the honor of hosting a field at the Special Olympics Football Tournament, supporting Journeys for Community Living in Nashville and participating (and winning the People’s Choice award!) in Nashville’s PARKing Day.
In addition, other volunteer involvement included, American Heart Association (Go Red for Women and Heart Walk), and Habitat for Humanity (Women’s Build and Hammer and High Heels).
Congratulations to the entire Nashville team on this honor. We’re proud of the contributions you have made and are continuing to make to the local community.
