Doster Construction Company recently completed construction on Springs at Sandstone Ranch with Continental Properties. This 240-unit, 327,950-square foot multi-family project is a 12-building luxury apartment community located in Longmont, Colorado. The community will offer many upscale amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, fenced dog park, recycling center, and a clubhouse.
Doster is also working on another multifamily development in Colorado, Springs at Eagle Bend in Aurora, that is scheduled to complete next month.
