Doster broke ground yesterday on Eclipse, a new 279-unit luxury apartment development in downtown Huntsville. It is the latest addition to the CityCentre development overlooking Big Spring Park.
New Jersey-based Spring Bay Property Company is the lead developer in the residential component of CityCentre, which is being developed by RCP Companies in Huntsville. Eclipse was designed by Wakefield Beasley & Associates.
“CityCentre is a destination that strengthens Huntsville’s urban core and complements a growing number of new downtown offerings and existing cultural amenities,” said Lindsey Patillo Keane, marketing and property activation with RCP. “This is the epicenter of downtown Huntsville, where important connections are made that will improve pedestrian movement and enhance already successful city events.”
The five-story mixed-use development will include an upscale restaurant and retail space on the ground floor.
Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2021.
