Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic our entire company has banded together, and because of this, we will emerge stronger than ever.
Our field team has continued to work safely on our jobsites across the country in the face of a global crisis, many working parents have simultaneously learned to work from home and home-school their children, and through all the obstacles we’ve still found ways to give back to our communities. We’ve volunteered at food banks, celebrated our healthcare heroes and National Hospital Week, donated blood, and made masks.
We have supported each other through these challenging times by writing thank you notes to our jobsite leaders, putting together care packages, and making phone calls and emails of support and encouragement. And we’ve learned to stay connected while social distancing and have fun in the process with virtual happy hours and a Doster puzzle.
The world’s tagline has been ‘We Are In This Together’ and the Doster team has truly lived by this throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We stand strong with you, our team, and our communities and will emerge from this stronger then ever.
