Doster Construction Company recently completed construction on Canopy at Ginter Park in Richmond, Virginia with Bristol Development Group. The new multifamily development is located just north of downtown Richmond and close to the Museum District, Fan District, and Sherwood Park.
The 301-unit development was designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects of Dallas, Texas and includes 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. In addition to 15 residential buildings, Canopy at Ginter Park features a clubhouse building with leasing office, fitness center, a community Wi-Fi lounge, coffee station and a heated saltwater pool. Other amenities include a 24-hour package pickup room, dog spa, bicycle storage, grilling areas, and a grassy area for outdoor movie-watching and picnics.
