Doster Construction Company has begun an expansion to the Hanon Systems Warehouse in Shorter, Alabama. The project includes a 35,000 square foot addition to the original warehouse which Doster built in 2014 for developer Hokanson Companies. Hanon Systems produces climate control systems worldwide for the automotive industry and counts many major automakers among its domestic customers.
Boyd Zoccola of Hokanson Companies said about Doster’s work on the original warehouse, “They outperformed our aggressive schedule and demonstrated great flexibility to accommodate our tenant’s early storage needs on site. We look forward to our next opportunity to exceed expectations with Doster.”
Doster is teaming with architect, DesignForm, on the project and construction began in early August.
