Doster’s team celebrated the Topping Out of NOVEL Edgehill on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
The new 5-story mixed-use development is being built just south of the Gulch in Nashville, Tennessee. The project will include 270 apartment units, a 5-level precast parking garage, rooftop pool, and ground level retail space. The development was designed by KTGY Architecture of Virginia. Charlotte-based Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners of Brentwood co-developed the site.
Construction is scheduled to complete in 2022.
Novel Edgehill follows the successful completion of the Novel Bellevue mixed-use development, also in Nashville, with the Doster Construction, Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners team.
