Doster Construction Company recently celebrated the completion of NOVEL Edgehill.
The new 5-story mixed-use development was built just south of the Gulch in Nashville, Tennessee. The project included 270 apartment units, a 5-level precast parking garage, rooftop pool, and ground level retail space. The units are a mix of Studio, one-, & two-bedrooms and the development is walkable to Edgehill Village and less than a mile from 12th Avenue South.
NOVEL Edgehill was designed by KTGY Architecture of Virginia. Charlotte-based Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners of Brentwood co-developed the site.
Doster first broke ground on the mixed-use development in 2020. The new apartments are now open and additional information on available units and retail leasing can be found here.
