Doster Construction Company completed construction on North Alabama’s first freestanding emergency department with Crestwood Medical Center.
Crestwood Medical Center’s Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) consists of a new 11,047 square foot facility that includes 10 private rooms, radiology and lab services, and a helicopter pad for patient transfers.
The project first broke ground in 2023 and is now open for patients. The ER will offer emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The FSED is located in Harvest, Alabama at the corner of Highway 53 and Burwell Road.
