Tennessee-based Material Ventures, in partnership with Florida-based Stiles proudly announces the groundbreaking of 2121 Crestmoor, a new luxury mixed-use residential community set in the heart of Green Hills—one of Nashville’s most distinguished neighborhoods. Located at 2121 Crestmoor Road, the highly anticipated project will deliver 98 luxury residences and about 10,000 square feet of curated ground-floor retail adjacent to The Mall at Green Hills and Hills Center Green Hills.

Construction officially commenced on March 24, 2025, with Nashville-based Doster Construction leading the build and Nashville-based Smith Gee Studio serving as the project architect. The project is slated for completion in late 2026 following a 21-month construction schedule.

Thoughtfully designed to mirror the feel of a single-family home, the residences will offer spacious floor plans with a focus on private outdoor living areas, natural light, and custom home interior finishes.
