Doster Construction Company will soon break ground on Constellation in downtown Huntsville, Alabama with Chicago-based developer Heartland Real Estate Partners, LLC. The mixed-use development, designed by Built Form Architects of Chicago, will include 219 luxury apartment units ranging from studio to three-bedroom and a parking deck.
Subsequent phases of the overall mixed-use development will include two office buildings and retail space. Construction on the apartment development and parking deck is scheduled to begin later this month and will complete in the Spring of 2022.
