Doster Construction Company recently completed construction on Foundry Yards, a luxury apartment development in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.
Doster broke ground on the apartment community in 2019 with Atlanta-based Novare Group. The 268-unit apartment development, designed by Niles Bolton Associates, is located on a site near Railroad Park and Regions Field.
The development consists of two buildings as well as a 344-space parking garage. The two 5-story buildings contain studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and many upscale amenities such as a clubroom, co-working space, fitness center, pool, outdoor grilling and patio areas, and a dog park.
