Doster Construction Company breaks ground on the NOVEL Parkway by Crescent Communities a luxury apartment development in Sanford, Florida. The development is located along International Parkway and will bring the charm and authenticity of main street to the glitz and energy Orlando is known for.
The project will include a 325-unit apartment development along with over 10,000 square feet of amenity space, a fitness area, swimming pool, and dog park.
Construction on the $53 million development is scheduled to complete in 2023.
