Doster Construction Company, Novare Group, an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment company, and BCDC, a real estate firm specializing in development, pursuit capital and brokerage services, have broken ground on a 306-unit luxury apartment community on more than 23 acres in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
The project is located off Highway 20 along Stanley Street directly across from Sugar Hill’s recently built downtown which features The Bowl, a world-class amphitheater and The Eagle Theater, a truly special performing arts venue designed in the art deco style; boutique retail and curated dining experiences.
