Doster Construction Company is set to break ground on a new 240-unit luxury, affordable apartment development with BREC Development, LLC in April.
The project will consist of 10 three-story buildings with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. The development will also include luxury amenities including a pool, electric car chargers, fitness room, dog salon, business center, game room, and clubhouse.
The McKean & Associates designed project is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
