Doster completes downtown Pensacola’s first multifamily development.
Construction completes on the Southtowne Apartments, downtown Pensacola’s first multifamily development int he old Pensacola News Journal Headquarters. The project included 258 residential apartments, along with retail space, restaurants, offices, and a public/private parking garage. Residential amenities within the project include a roof-top patio and event area, a swimming pool and courtyard.
