Children’s of Alabama

Doster has been working consistently on the Children’s of Alabama campus for nearly a decade as they undergo a complete adaptive reuse initiative renovating one million square feet over 10 years.

Most of the structure is 50 to 60 years old and is being retrofitted as the project progresses. We are performing 80% of this adaptive reuse.

Doster is successfully delivering more than $7 million each year in work orders for various renovation projects, in addition to managing most major projects on campus.

Doster’s healthcare superintendents have been working on the Children’s campus continuously and successfully for nearly 20 years, a testament to their expertise, relationships and the confidence our client has in them.
