Novel Bellevue Place

Novel Bellevue Place is Nashville’s latest sustainable mixed-use development.

Doster completed construction on Novel Bellevue Place, a 337-unit garden-style apartment development in Nashville, Tennessee on time and on budget. Located on an 87-acre property that the Bellevue Center Mall used to occupy, the Crescent Bellevue features eighteen (18) 2- and 3-story wood framed (Type 5) multi-story apartment buildings with surface parking. The leasing office, clubhouse, and related amenities are housed in one of the residential buildings. The luxury development also includes two (2) resort style saltwater pools, dog park, life size Plinko wall, and several luxury courtyards with outdoor kitchens.

The project was certified by the National Green Building Certification Program as meeting extensive green building requirements. We used the ANSI approved ICC-700- 2008/2012 National Green Building Standard as a reference in planning and building, submitted documentation as well as passed Independent third party inspections throughout the construction process that verified criteria in The National Green Building Standards(NGBS) were met.
