Cullman Regional Medical Center

A vertical expansion is delivered under budget and ahead of schedule and adds 30 beds to Cullman Regional Medical Center.

The 15,264 square-foot vertical expansion included 30 patient beds, a central nurses station and a family waiting room. All new rooms offer windows with sweeping views — some highlighting Lake Catoma.  The new 5th floor was designed by TRO Jung Brannen architects.

Doster’s preconstruction team provided a value analysis and offered many value engineering options to Cullman Regional which helped them to save on some project costs.

Although the project was delayed and our contract adjusted before the project started by 2 months, we not only met the original schedule but beat it. The project opened 6 weeks before the contracted completion date.
