Doster Program Management delivers new mixed-use development in Alabama.

Work is in progress on a new mixed-use development in Florence, Alabama. The project will include a 13 acre Work/Live community that will have 9 mixed use buildings with ground floor commercial space and two levels of apartment units.  Three town home buildings with 5 units per building is also included.  In addition, 32 courtyard homes and 17 single family lots are for sale.  The new development will have a community plaza for resident use and events as well as green space for residents.
